• Acts as the primary point of communication between various departments and stakeholders.
   

• Implementing a standardized naming convention for documents and assets to ensure clarity for the team and reduce the need for repetitive questions.
   

• Develop a quality assurance system and conduct game.
   

• Reported bugs and suggested improvements for user experience to the developers.
